Spiritual Embodiment Healing Session
If you are simply curious about my teachings or are near the beginning of your spiritual journey, a smaller session package may be a beautiful yet powerful option for you to experience.
In these individual sessions, we will focus on uncovering your controlling life narratives, hypnosis, identifying your ingrained responses, and learning practical somatic techniques to begin releasing the hold those patterns have on your physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. I will also create a recorded meditation for you to accelerate your healing.
